Last week, our Grand Procurator and Grand Treasurer, Brothers Nick Monroy (‘20) and Tyler Huebsch (‘19), represented the Gamma-Tau Chapter as delegates for the 73rd Biennial Grand Conclave in Nashville, Tennesse. Our brothers were extremely thankful for the opportunity to meet and learn from Kappa Sigmas across the country. The Gamma-Tau Chapter was honored with numerous awards, most notable of which the Founders Award of Chapter Excellence (FACE) Award, given only to the Top 10% of Kappa Sigma chapters, for the second consecutive year in a row. Even through the hardships of COVID-19 on rush and recruitment, Gamma-Tau was awarded for having the 14th largest pledge class in all of Kappa Sigma with 50 bids given out over the course of the year. Gamma-Tau was also recognized for being 100% ritually proficient as a chapter, with every active brother currently holding two ceritificates of ritual proficiency (RP2). We are incredibly humbled to report such a succesfull biennium, and hope to do the same during next year’s Leadership Conference in Denver, Colorado!
